ABOUT ME

      Hi, I'm Tyler (Ty) Rozier! Welcome to my portfolio, where you will find a representation of my coaching career. I am excited to be able to share all my experiences with you!

     My career in collegiate basketball began when I was the manager and marketing intern for the Women's Basketball team at Fordham University. During that time, I witnessed being part of maintaining a championship culture with players focused on the team goal. I aided in increasing social media presence and home attendance, and capturing the 2018 - 2019 A-10 Championship.

     My current role as the assistant coach at Fairleigh Dickinson University has allowed me to be part of building a team from the ground up, with only 5 players returning who average less than 7 points a game. In our second season, I was a key part in transforming the program from a 14-17 record to a 29-4 record, midmajor poll selection, NEC Championship, and the program's first-ever appearance in the NCAA DI tournament. I was named the 2025 WBCA 30 Under 30 Honoree. As the assistant coach, I am responsible for all of the program's video operations. As an on-court coach, I assist in player development and aid in developing multiple NEC honorees. I create highly detailed scouts, recruiting evaluations, and recruiting notes. I am the primary contact for academics, media relations, athletic training, strength and conditioning, alums, and NIL with our compliance office. I also serve as the secondary for equipment.
